Pedrollo Submersible Borehole Pump

A borehole needs a submersible pump that sits down in the water. Surface pumps can only suck water up from about 6 to 7 metres, and less at high altitude. Tell us the borehole depth, water level, casing size and test yield and we will size the pump for you.

Choose electric where there is reliable KPLC power – it is the cheapest to run. Choose diesel for long daily pumping without power, and petrol for lighter or occasional use such as small irrigation plots.

The size depends on how high the water must be lifted, the pipe length and how many litres you need per hour. Our free sizing guide on this website gives an estimate in about a minute, and we confirm it before you buy.
